Kiln dried lumber

Kiln dried lumber is the base material to make piedroit (battenboard) which is used to manufacture solid-wood furniture - tables, chairs, beds, wardrobes and other.

As well kiln dried lumber is suitable for manufacturing stairs, doors, windows or floors. The alder wood is often used for musical instruments manufacturing as well.

Quality of kiln dried lumber

kiln dried lumber The quality is differentiated in 3 levels according to quantity and type of knots - knottiness - as follows:

Standard - commonly used lumber by joiners

Export - knots on one side

Top selection - knot-free wood

It is up to you to chose the quality desired and you can select the wood yourself in person at our sawmill. We purchase wood according to present demand so that it is always available. However the actual availibility of some products is to be verified wih our Customer service.
